Some of the more common items are, ceiling tiles and ceiling boards, floor tiles, roofing materials (corrugated sheet, tiles and felts), lagged pipe work and cement pipe work, boilers and associated pipe work, soffits and wall boards.

Asbestos comes in many forms and some types are easier to remove then others, some types can be removed without a fourteen-day notification to the Health & Safety Executive whilst others cannot. Large vessel decontaminations, carbon bed change outs, pipe work decontaminations, ventilation ducts, cooling towers and laboratory decontaminations including lab packs.

All of our operatives are confined space certified and high-pressure water jetting certified.

We are able to provide trained operatives and specialist equipment to carry out the cleaning and disinfections of air handling units and associated ducting inclusive of grills and diffusers.

We are also able to provide trained operatives and specialist equipment to carry out the cleaning and chlorination of all hot and cold water systems inclusive of the associated tanks and calorifiers.
